SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed by 11 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday, are generally delivered within the U.S.A. in approximately 7-10 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from order date for items that are in stock and do not have lead times. (Please see item descriptions which will indicate if a product requires an extended delivery date or added freight/shipping costs.) Sale items may only be returned for store credit.
Certain deliveries may require additional shipping charges depending on the items you have purchased. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you to provide a final shipping quote. We will send a PayPal invoice for any additional shipping charges for your approval.
Because of special regulations we must ship items that contain alcohol (e.g. eau de toilette, fragrances) only via standard ground delivery.
Orders shipped within California will be subject to state and local sales taxes of 9%.
Orders that are returned to GWG from our shipping carrier as "unclaimed" will be credited, less the cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
International Shipping
International orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks from order date for items that are in stock and do not have lead times (Please see item descriptions for certain products which require a longer delivery time or added freight/shipping costs.) All sale items may only be returned for store credit; no refunds.
Please be aware that delivery charges do not include any local duties, customs charges and/or taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery.
Returns
GWG is committed to the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy:
A return authorization must be included in any item returned to GWG. GWG accepts returns of full priced items within 21 days of receipt of the merchandise. All sale items must be returned within 21 days of receipt and will receive store credit; no refunds will be given on sale merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise with a return authorization, we will process the refund, less shipping and gift wrapping charges, provided the item is returned in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. We will not accept a return of any item if a return authorization has not been given or if there is indication that the item has been used, worn or washed. Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned.
Prior to shipping your return to us, please first obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us by sending an email to customerservice@greenwithglamour.com. We will send you an RA number via email which should be written on the outside of your return package. This will help us expedite the return and credit process.
When returning your purchase, please recycle the packaging and send the merchandise in the same manner in which it was originally packaged. Please chose a shipping method that uses a tracking number or delivery confirmation - GWG is not responsible for returns that are not received.
Returns shipped back after more than 21 days from receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the date the package was delivered to the customer and the the date the package is received back to GWG.
Refunds will be processed within three business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. Your PayPal account with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping and gift wrapping charges).
In the unlikely event that something happens during transit, or that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return, but we must be advised within two days of the merchandise being received. Please report a detailed description of the damage or defect to customerservice@greenwithglamour.com immediately, and our GWG team will work with you to arrange return/replacement. In order to expedite this process and ensure that a claim can be filed, please take care to retain all of the original packaging, including any boxes, etc.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CARDS & COUPON CODES
All promotional gift cards and coupon codes are redeemed on a one per customer basis. Gift cards given away at any promotional event (for example, as part of a give-away offer or gift bag) are intended to be used as one card/code redemption per customer and may only be used once. Coupon codes and promotional gift cards apply only to the subtotal of the order - any sales tax and/or shipping charges must be paid with your PayPal account. If more than one gift card/code from the same promotional event is attempted to be redeemed by the same customer at any time, the gift cards/codes will immediately become null and void.
Please note: all promotional gift cards and most coupon codes may not be used on sale items, nor on items in which the description states the exclusion from any promotional or discounted offer. All promotional gift cards and most coupon codes may not be combined with any other offer, discount or sale.
