After 8 years as head designer & creative director for Three Dots, Jadie launched her premier line of Perfectly Imperfect and has yet to look back. Inspired by “Wabi Sabi”, the celebration of accidental elements which give design both elegance and uniqueness, Jadie has created a small empire promoting sustainable style. She strongly believes in the preservation of the environment though the use of organic materials and low-impact manufacturing methods, as well as ensuring a safe work place for those on the farm and in the factory.

We should all take a page from Jadie’s vision for Perfectly Imperfect. It’s not just a soulful and eco-conscious approach to fashion, but one that is grounded in style and the belief that change is created by example.
